I was actually the eldest in the family and I would like to share to you that I don’t actually have a plan to get married.  I never thought that I would be able to meet someone who could change my mind and the rest is history; the bottom line is; I became a mother of 5 kids.

I thought to myself; how can the situation be difficult when I have already practice my motherly skills to my young siblings.  Well, I learn it the hard way (not that I don’t love every minute of it)

Being a mother of your own child is different from being a mom to your siblings or niece. Nothing can prepare you for this wonderful moment of your life.  Experiencing many first during your pregnancy up to the time that you hold your baby in your hands is something that cannot be explains unless you yourself experience it.

Travel Time: The Bolinao Falls

I decided that this year would be my travel year. The travel may not be an international one but I would make time to discover new places. I believe that I don’t need to be on the retirement age of 60 before I enjoy life because that time would be useless if I won’t be able to enjoy the adventure along the way

My first travel happened last January 3 when I decided to visit my friend in Bani Pangasinan. Ida has been by friend since high school and she has invited me to come and visit her in her place. Since it was already night time when I reach Dagupan, it was the following day when she tour me around Bani; her hometown. We went to church in since it was Sunday and decided to take a swim in Bolinao

It was already after lunch when we went to Bolinao since they told me that the water would be icy could in the morning since it was just January. I though; together with their other friends and relative, we proceed to Bolinao. I thought that we would be heading at the famous Bolinao beach but Ida told me that we are heading to Bolinao Falls instead.  They told me that only few only knew about the place because it was only discovered recently.  Only the residents of Bolinao and nearby places know about the place and it was a great place even for the kids since the water is continues flowing from the mountain.

It was a normal thing for me to be with some showbiz star because I got to me them during event, product launch or press con for new movie or teleserye; but to get an exclusive invite for their birthday party is a different thing; a big deal.

I am a mom with five kids and I got to do a lot of things all at the same time just to make a living and provide their needs that is why; you could say that I am always dead tired and drain. I consider myself lucky to be able to go places and meet new friends because of my blogging activities but I never thought it would also pave the way for me to be able to be part of the birthday party of Ms. Maricel Laxa at the Nurture Spa Wellness Village in Tagaytay.

I received an invite regarding a Celebrity Mom magazine event that will take place in a spa and I thought that it would just be like most of the event that I attended. I thought that since the venue is a spa; we would just receive a massage or something. I never thought that the day is a big thing and that it’s going to be one unforgettable event of mine.

I now can conquer New Heights with Merrell Capra

I got a new pair of  shoes, it was truly a blessing to have one good pair

I need a good shoe and it was heaven sent that I finally got to win a pair of Merrell Capra in the recent Pro-Earth Run Press con. I was really down that night and I think God made a way to lift up my spirit.  

They say that I am lucky when it comes to raffle draw but I would say that I am just blessed, for everything that I received is from God and everything that happens has a reason and happens on the right time

It was always a dream of mine of purchase another property and recently Lancris Residences introduced me their new project: Lancris Residences. Lancris Residences is located in the South.   Being considered as the new gem of the South, Lancris is just 15 minutes away from Makati.  Lancris Residences is located at Better Living Paranaque. As I go around the unit, I imagined myself being one of the owners.

Grande Island Resort : My Paradise Adventure

And I told myself, this year I will travel and explore the beauty of the Philippines. Big words, well it was seems impossible for me to do that because I always prioritize my children’s need before mine.  I told myself that after they graduate, I would be able to do thing and travel around.  The graduation that I mention will happen after 5 years and I would be 50 years old by then; and it got me thinking. At 50; would I still be able to things and has the strength to do it. Finally, I decided that I have to do it this year and my adventure begins when I join the Grande Resort adventure or trip or both ( hahahaha). Actually this is my second time to visit Grande Island  but last time was not enough for me and the weather that time was not cooperative and it made our stay limited to just several activities. Grande Island is located at Subic, it would only take you 2-3 hours ride from Manila. If you don't want to spend your time sitting on a long ride just to get the adventure of a lifetime; Grande Island is the place for you

Do you have the same problem that I encounter when it comes to color scheme, Nasa elementary pa lang tayo eh tinuro na sa tin ung tungkol sa color wheel pero ang hirap pa din magcombine ng color pag nagpaparenovate or nagpapagawa tayo ng bahay or any part ng bahay.

 Last year, nanalo ako sa ultimate make over contest ng Real Living Magazine. I'm so thankful sa aking interior designer na si Ms. Christine Neri dahil sa napakagandang color combination na ginamit nya sa bahay ko. My home make over was featured last Sept. 2013 sa Real Living Magazine and last night (July 3, 2014) it was the cover page of the Real Home Ideas : The Color Book Vol 2.
